I lived overseas for quite a few years and came back to Singapore right before the COVID-19 pandemic. Being away from Singapore for much of my adult life meant that I had very little CPF savings and no insurance policies other than the ones my mum took out for me. Sin Hui was very helpful in educating me in the different policies that are available, as well as what plans people commonly go with.

I'm someone who likes to do my own research to make sure I am getting the right policy for me, and Sin Hui was very accommodating in this regard. Sin Hui prepared several different plans and combinations of riders for me so that I could compare them on my own time and find the best solution for me. She also never pushed me to make a decision during our calls, leaving me time to consider on my own.
